All products are made to order and subject to the specifications provided by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to GST.
• A deposit may be required for custom orders.
• Full payment is required before delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations for custom-made products are not accepted once production has begun.
• Refunds or returns are only available for defective products or in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Any approved refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

5. Delivery & Installation

• Estimated lead times and delivery dates are provided as a guide only and are subject to change.
• Delays caused by suppliers, transport, or external factors are not the responsibility of ASE Windows.
• Installation services, if included, are carried out by qualified technicians. Customers must ensure site access and readiness for installation.

6. Warranty

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty for a specified period (please refer to your invoice or product documentation).
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or poor maintenance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and product designs, is the property of ASE Windows and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
